How to make:
- Meat snails prick with a skewer and do until exhausted, set aside.
- Blend all ingredients except soy peanut sauce, lime leaves, and water until smooth and mix with soy sauce and water, oily and cook until cooked, lift.
- Marinate skewers snails / kul with soy sauce added a little spice nut until the surface is flat.
- Grill skewers until cooked while inverted and covered the rest of the seasoning sauce, remove from heat.
- Serve skewers snails / kul with peanut sauce, lime, and rice cake.
