Ingredients
300 gr Kol / conch paddy
2 cm galangal dimemarkan
Bh 2 Leaves Post Salam
1-2 tbsp soy sauce Manis
1 tablespoon brown sugar combed
1/3 tsp broth powder
1/4 tsp pepper powder
to taste Salt
2 tablespoons cooking oil
1 Glass Water
Ground spices ::
3 cloves Garlic
3 cloves Shallots
Step
Heat oil, saute ground spices, galangal and salam..tumis leaves until fragrant.
Enter cabbage / slugs previously washed rice bersih..aduk average, with salt, brown sugar, bouillon powder, pepper powder and ketchup manis..kemudian pour water, stir and cook until the water receded and cabbage / slugs tender.
Prepare skewers to stab cabbage / keong..isi every tusuknya with 5 cabbage / slugs ..
Sate cabbage / slugs can be directly eaten or burned beforehand also enak..sipp ready to be served.
